Showed Promise and Took a Hard Nose Dive!

The applications showed promise as it was easy to use, visually aesthetic, and the Grid entry tool made for quick data entry. There was a lot I would have preferred to see but decided that I could live without like:

1. The lack of Vector line graphics similar to VISIO.
2. The lack of paper size formatting, and chart size formatting.
3. The lack of dotted line connections for multi layer reporting.

But then came the bombs …….. I was horrified to find out that the tool only supports 93 lines of data. This almost made me cry as I spent a few hours entering and updating data into the Grid, only to find out that there was no way to add additional lines. My organization is 102 members deep and I spent all that time for NOTHING.

Next, when I sent I ticket on their website to explain this problem and hopefully discover a resolve, I never got a response. A week went by and nothing! I sent multiple requests, and nothing! Apparently these guys are just coasting on the App store collecting their $9.99 a pop hits with no intension of supporting this product.
